Abstract

Managing people, is not just managing a category of resources, it is managing feelings, sensations, frustrations, fears, hopes, denials, illusions. It is managing feelings. What will happen, to those sensations, once all this has happened? We do not know, however, we must be prepared to meet “other” people, people to whom things happened, those things that happened, may confront us with a new way of doing, of perform ing, of evaluating, Interpreting these new ways of combining objectives and resources in pursuit of a result, may by the path that the new business culture of small and mediums-sized companies, will have to travel, which today represent the sector of the econom y, most affected by this decreed pandemic by WHO Covid 19.
